General liability insurance

We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning operations in Arizona. A certificate of insurance naming your facility is included with every written quote. If your property management company or trustee board requires a specific additional-insured endorsement, request it before contract signing and we will arrange it.

Bonding

Our crew members are bonded. Bonding provides your congregation with financial recourse in the event of theft or property damage caused by a crew member during a cleaning visit. It is a standard requirement for professional cleaning contractors working in occupied or semi-occupied facilities, and we carry it as a baseline — not as an add-on.

Workers' compensation

Our employees are covered under workers' compensation insurance. If a crew member is injured on your property during a contracted cleaning, your facility is not exposed to their medical costs. This matters particularly for church trustees operating under the assumption that their general church insurance covers contractor injuries — in most cases, it does not without a workers' comp certificate from the contractor.
