What we focus on
Church facilities present a specific operational problem. The spaces are used intensively for a few hours each week, then either sit idle or host a rotating calendar of events that no single facilities director can track perfectly. Our job is to stay coordinated with your schedule, not to impose ours on yours.
Every engagement starts with a written scope of work. Your facilities committee, trustee board or building manager receives a document before we clean a single room — one that names the rooms covered, the tasks included, the products used and the frequency of each visit. If something is not on the scope, it is not included and not charged. That clarity is what allows a volunteer-run facilities team to hand off the cleaning with confidence.
